CDP, BAKER, COOK I/II/III, COOK HELPER

Tasks & Responsibilities :

    Prepare and produce high quality food (taste and appearance) using standard recipes, portions and SOP set by the company

Requirements:

•     Male, max 28 years old with pleasant personality
•     Min. Diploma in culinary/hospitality (formal culinary training preferred)
•     Min. 3 years experience in the same position
•     Passion in cooking and able to work as a team
•     Highly committed, loyal, responsible and most importantly, POSITIVE attitude
•     Experienced in joining a pre-opening team is preferred
•     Good looking, high motivated, outgoing personality, energetic and a team work player
•     Willing to work with shift hour, public holidays or weekends

SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to Board of Director this is a strategic position who will be fully responsible for all the sales & marketing activities, online and offline, including building a strong brand in the customers' perspective to complete with other existing budget by more established hospitality players in Indonesia.

Requirements:

•     Male or Female max. 35 years old;
•     Fluent in English;
•     Bachelor's Degree from reputable university;
•     The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years managerial experience in sales & marketing department of a budget retail and hospitality company;
•     Strong network in the hospitality industry;
•     Excellent business acumen to be a problem solver;
•     Strategic thinker who loves marketing challenges;
•     The ability to see things from 360 degree perspective; and willing to travel extensively;
•     Skill full in using computers and application programs (MS Office);

MARKETING MANAGER (HOSPITALITY)

Responsibilities:

RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

    Reporting directly to HRD Manager this is a strategic position who will be fully responsible for all the recruitment activities.

Requirements:

•     Female, Maximum Age 30 years old;
•     Bachelor degree in Psychology, with Psychologist Profession Certification will be advantage;
•     Understand psychological assessment;
•     Having minimum 2 years work experience as Recruitment Specialist from Retail & Hospitality Industry;
•     Good command in English both oral and written;
•     Computer literate ( Ms. Word, Ms. Excel );
•     Having a good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal skill, confident and self-motivated;
•     High capable to work independently as well as a part of team;
•     Willing to achieve target recruitment with tight deadline;
•     Willing to work under pressure Positive, good manner and performance;
•     Responsible for all recruitment & hiring process (job advertisement, selection & hiring);
•     Maintain and organize an up-to-date recruitment data recording, monitoring and reporting system;

SENIOR ACCOUNTING

Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to Finance & Accounting Manager this is a strategic position who will be fully responsible for all the Finance & Accounting activities.

Requirements:

•     Male or Female max. 35 years old;
•     Fluent in English;
•     Bachelor's Degree from reputable university;
•     Tax and/or accounting background with min 3 years experience
•     Detail person in numbers, calculation & checking the validity of financial transaction
•     Generally understand the Basic Picture of company financial system and financial report
•     Good character and A team player
•     Able to communicate well, both verbal & writing.

GRAPHIC DESIGN
Requirements :

•     Pria/Wanita, 22 - 27 tahun
•     Pendidikan D3/S1, diutamakan jurusan Design Grafis
•     Pengalaman min. 1 tahun di posisi yang sama
•     Lebih diutamakan jika pengalaman di dunia Retail, Food and Beverages
•     Personal yang aktif, kreatif, serta inisiatif
•     Menguasai banyak software design
•     Memiliki jiwa 'Art' (seni) yang baik
•     Full-Time positions available

WAITER – WAITRESS – CASHIER

Persyaratan:

•     Pendidikan minimal SLTA sederajat
•     Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di posisi yang sama
•     Pengalaman untuk pembukaan store baru
•     Berpenampilan menarik, motivasi tinggi, dan bersedia bekerja shift, weekend dan public holiday
