REDTOP HOTEL & CONVENTION CENTRE JAKARTA

REDTOP Hotel & Convention Centre Jakarta, a 4 stars hotel  is currently looking for the RIGHT person to fulfill the following positions :

SALES MANAGER / SM

Primary Objective  :

Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing and within the guidelines of the hotel’s policies and procedure, is responsible to procedure the highest level of sales productivity to achieve or even to exceed the budgeted banquet revenue.

Requirements :

•     Hotel Industrial background only
•     Min 2 years experience in similar position
•     Fluent in English both Oral and Written
•     Good personality & appearance
•     Hard worker, highly motivated and customer oriented
•     Ready to work under pressure

BANQUET SALES MANAGER (SOCIAL EVENT ) / BSM
Primary Objective  :

Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing and within the guidelines of the hotel’s policies and procedure, is responsible to procedure the highest level of sales productivity to achieve or even to exceed the budgeted banquet revenue.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER / FBM
Primary Objective  :
Responsible for the administration and operations of all Food and Beverage outlets ensuring maintenance of standards and maximum profitability.

The Food and Beverage Manager will be managing the bar and restaurant team and driving profit and sales.

Requirements :

•     Hotel Industrial background only
•     Min 2 years experience in similar position
•     Fluent in English both Oral and Written
•     Good personality & appearance
•     Hard worker, highly motivated and customer oriented
•     Ready to work under pressure
